The latest portable drone countermeasure system from Drone Defence is a compact, lightweight and effective portable counter drone solution, and will protect organisations of all sizes against an emerging threat from drones.

The Paladyne series of electronic countermeasures (drone jammers) are specifically designed to be a man-portable & future-proof system to disrupt the command, video and navigation signals on the majority of commercial drones.

It is small, lightweight and compact. The pistol is also designed so it can be mounted on a rifle if necessary, with the control box fitting into a small backpack or pouch. It comes in a range of customisable colours – with a night mode option for added stealth.

Once the drone is detected the E1000MP can be activated to block its control, GPS and video signals meaning that the drone returns to its start location, lands or drifts harmlessly away.

With an operational range up to 1km, if you can see the drone then you can stop it. The end-user can choose between an omnidirectional or directional antenna meaning that wide areas can be protected or the signal can be directed at the offending drone.

The operator can control the channels they wish to intercept meaning that they could even activate the ‘return to home’ function in the drone and then find out where the operator is. The Paladyne E1000MP is safe, easy to use and economical. Disrupting the drone is the only way to ensure that you protect your airspace and not pose a risk to others.

Richard Gill, founder and CEO of Drone Defence said:

“We are proud and delighted today to unveil the result of some of the hard work that has been taking place behind the scenes here at Drone Defence. Our latest, industry-leading drone countermeasure system will go a long way to ensuring an increasing threat from illicit drones is minimised, whilst helping to enable the drone industry for legitimate drone operators.

The Paladyne E1000MP is versatile, effective and robust. It provides an unrivalled safe and portable system for stopping all commercial drones from distances of up to a kilometre.

It will empower security operatives to deliver comprehensive protection in a full range of situations. Thanks to our recent funding award, this is the first of many new products from Drone Defence designed to secure airspace, and to unlock the skies to the emerging drone industry.”
