The association for unmanned aviation was represented at the meeting by CEO Dr. Gerald Wissel, board member Michael Wieland, and Jan-Eric Putze, head of the Competence Group \u201cInfrastructure Airspace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The key points discussed provide for the introduction of U-Space in Germany with clear responsibilities and as little bureaucracy as possible. Procedures are to be designed to be efficient, transparent, and practical in order to enable a wide range of commercial and public applications.<\/p>\n<p>UAV DACH is to be involved as coordinator, with the task of accompanying the process of formally establishing the relevant areas, bringing together the respective stakeholders, and providing technical recommendations to the competent authorities.
