Inform and connect are two central pillars of our activities. And they are at the center of gravity of the annual Drone Days in Bremen and Hatten in Lower-Saxony. It took the team of our member b.r.m. IT & Aerospace only two events and almost three years to establish a well-known and highly anticipated meeting point for the UAS community in north-west Germany and abroad.
Drone Days 2026 (August 26-28) will take place at two great venues that are deeply connected with innovative aviation technologies – both manned and unmanned. At Bremen Airport (August 26) and the UAS German Flight Center at Oldenburg-Hatten Airfield (27-28), interested participants get together to discuss current challenges for the UAS industry and to talk about future projects, possible collaborations, and potential cooperation. Not to forget the comprehensive program with presentations and discussions, about 75 exhibitors, and live demonstrations at Oldenburg-Hatten Airfield.
On August 26 (3:45 p.m.), Michael Wieland will be part of a panel discussion on „Regulation, U-Space, and National Frameworks“. Among other important topics, our Head of Advisory Committee will discuss with other experts from the industry and regulatory bodies what specific changes are needed to replace challenging approval procedures with economically viable operations.
