Back again in “Motor City“. During XPONENTIAL in Houston in 2025, there was an official German pavilion for the first time at an international trade show for unmanned systems and robotics. UAV DACH was part of this special debut and will once again play an active role on-site this year as the organizing association.
XPONENTIAL 2026 will take place next week (May 11–14) in Detroit, Michigan, attracting participants from all over the world to “Motor City.” The event is organized by our partner association AUVSI and Messe Düsseldorf North America. A central theme will be how great ideas and innovative products can be transformed into sustainably successful business models. After all, even across the Atlantic, questions about the path from small-scale to mass production are more pressing than ever. Or how BVLOS missions can become the norm rather than the exception.
Among the 14 companies in the German Pavilion are once again several UAV DACH members, and we look forward to many interesting discussions and valuable contacts with companies, regulatory authorities, and industry associations. After all, talking to one another is better than talking about one another. And pooling our interests is more efficient than working on the same issues in isolation.
