Global information exchange and international networks are important cornerstones of the drone economy. UAV DACH member M&K Global AG, under whose umbrella Murzilli Consulting and the DroneTalks Group operate, hosted a high-level discussion and networking event. And in this case, “invited” could be taken literally, as Aerial Cities is indeed an “invitation only” event. 100 high-ranking decision-makers from the global UAM and AAM industry accepted Eszter Kovács and Lorenzo Murzilli's invitation to travel to London.
Over the course of two eventful days, the illustrious guests discussed how the rapidly developing UAS industry can conquer its place in everyday urban life. And what both the drone economy and cities and municipalities need to do to achieve this. Promoting dialogue and mutual understanding in order to shape the future of unmanned aviation together was the major unifying factor for the two-day event full of informative presentations, intensive discussions and countless conversations outside of the actual conference program.
Helping to shape an enabling framework for the UAS industry through information and networking is a key element of the association's work in UAV DACH. Our Board member Michael Wieland therefore took the opportunity to cultivate valuable contacts on site and bring the interests of our members into the discussions with drone manufacturers, those responsible from administration and regulatory authorities as well as UAS users.
