Transatlantic Dialogue at XPONENTIAL 2026

As the applying association, UAV DACH is part of the official German Pavilion at XPONENTIAL 2026, which is taking place in Detroit through tomorrow. Board member Jan Schönberg is on site as a representative of the Association for Unmanned Aviation and, in his brief remarks at the opening of the German joint booth sponsored by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs, emphasized the importance of cooperation and partnership when it comes to developing a sustainably successful UAS industry.

Events like XPONENTIAL in the U.S. and XPONENTIAL Europe in Düsseldorf are crucial for deepening partnerships and forging new connections. After all, on both sides of the Atlantic, the UAS industry faces major challenges that can be addressed more quickly and effectively through joint efforts. “Talking with one another is always better than talking about one another,” emphasized Jan Schönberg. “Much of what we discussed at XPONENTIAL Europe in March is also on the agenda in Detroit. Continuing this dialogue here on-site is therefore in all of our best interests.”
