International networking and the exchange of information and ideas are key pillars of UAV DACH's work to create the best possible conditions for the European UAS industry. This is a philosophy we share with the Danish business cluster Odense Robotics, and one that we intend to continue promoting together in the upcoming year.
As in the past two years, UAV DACH will therefore once again be actively participating in the International Drone Show (3–4 June 2026) at HCA Airport in Odense. In recent years, the event has developed into an important meeting place for the UAS industry in Scandinavia and Northern Europe, but is also increasingly attracting participants from the rest of the continent and beyond. In particular, the intensified focus on dual use and defence has given the event an additional boost. Together with the high-calibre field of participants and the very special Danish ‘hygge’ charm, this makes for a very attractive mix.
Plans are also already underway for another networking event as part of XPONENTIAL Europe (24–26 March 2026) in Düsseldorf. This year, numerous interested parties accepted the joint invitation from Odense Robotics and UAV DACH to exchange ideas and make valuable contacts in a relaxed atmosphere. Creating opportunities like these is a key concern of the Association for Unmanned Aviation, and we therefore look forward to continuing our successful and productive cooperation with the Odense Robotics team.
