The foreign trade fair programme of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy enables German companies to participate in trade fairs around the world with financial support. After XPONENTIAL 2025 in Houston saw the first official German pavilion at a trade fair for unmanned systems, preparations are now underway for XPONENTIAL 2026 in Detroit. Messe Düsseldorf is responsible for planning and organisation, and UAV DACH is once again the official association partner of the German Pavilion.
XPONENTIAL has been established on the US market for over 50 years and is North America's leading trade fair for unmanned systems and robotics on land, at sea and in the air. The accompanying conference programme is curated by the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) and offers participants valuable insights into current technologies and regulatory projects. Parallel to the next XPONENTIAL show from 11 to 14 May 2026 at the Huntington Place event centre in Detroit, the Michigan Defense Exhibition (MDEX) will also take place, which will significantly increase the number of potential contacts in the dual-use and defence sectors.
