At the 65th general assembly of UAV DACH, members made important decisions for the future of the association for unmanned aviation. During the virtual event, which was held jointly by the board members from Berlin, the admission of a total of 40 new members was formally confirmed, and the financial and action plans as well as the membership fee regulations for 2026 were also approved with the necessary majorities.
In addition, the members approved by a large majority the draft of new statutes for UAV DACH e.V. submitted by the Executive Board. Among other things, these statutes strengthen the role of the Advisory Committee as a coordinating body for the important work carried out by the specialist groups and the involvement of members in the opinion-forming process within the European association for unmanned aviation, and establish the AC as an official body of the association.
The next UAV DACH general meeting is scheduled for March 23, 2026, and is to take place the day before the EUROPEAN DRONE FORUM and the opening of XPONENTIAL Europe as an in-person event in Düsseldorf.
