For a successful future of unmanned aviation in Europe

The work in the UAV DACH Competence and Application Groups is one of the main pillars of the Unmanned Aviation Association. Experts meet here to discuss technical issues relating to the commercial operation of unmanned systems in Europe, to develop specific, practical solutions and to actively contribute to legislative and regulatory procedures. In this way, the working groups make a significant contribution to opinion-forming in UAV DACH and perform indispensable work for the adequate further development of the entire UAS industry. In addition, the heads of the Competence Groups are organized in the Advisory Committee, where they coordinate the technical work of the association's committees together with the head of the Legal Advisory Board and advise the Executive Board on technical issues.

As part of XPONENTIAL Europe, the Executive Board and Advisory Committee met at the premises of UAV DACH member Messe Düsseldorf to discuss current projects and future initiatives. They analyzed the cooperation between the two central association bodies and looked for ways to become even more efficient in the interests of UAV DACH members. The participants agreed that the enormous range and expertise of the association's members can be a key factor for the successful future of unmanned aviation in Europe. And that this knowledge must continue to be used consistently in the interests of the UAS industry in general and the member companies in particular.
