How far has the international UAS industry come on its journey from a promise for the future to an established industry? What impact have international crises and political turbulence had on the industry? And what forecasts can be derived from this stocktaking for the coming months and years?
The internationally renowned market analysis institute Drone Industry Insights has been providing answers to these and other questions in its annual Drone Industry Barometer since 2018. This is a useful decision-making aid when it comes to investments, strategic partnerships or general business field development.
Online data collection is currently underway for the eighth edition of the status update on the state of the global drone economy. The higher the level of participation and the more valid the database, the more valuable the insights that can be derived from the results.
The survey is aimed at companies and individuals who operate UAS for commercial purposes. All data will be treated confidentially and anonymously, and it takes around ten to 15 minutes to answer the questions. All participants will receive the next “Global State of Drones” white paper with some of the key results of the current online survey free of charge and will also have the opportunity to win tickets for the EUROPEAN DRONE FORUM, XPONENTIAL Europe 2026 and several other important industry events.
